Mr. Manuel Cruz Darwin is the Chairman and Managing Director of the organization. Mr Darwin is a successful entrepreneur with diverse portfolio of business including finance, infrastructure development, hospitality & wellness, movie production, to name a few, and a passionate travel enthusiast, a philanthropist at heart, and above all an ardent promoter of authentic Ayurveda.

Dr. Geetha Darwin is one of the founding directors of D’Fort Ayurvedic Resort. Dr Geetha overseas the overall wellness engagements, treatment plans etc for all the Wellness Guests and works closely with the panel of on-site doctors ensuring the quality and efficiency of ayurvedic experiences our guests receive during their stay with us.

Mr. Danny Darwin is primarily responsible for the operation of the D-Group’s other business verticals however assists the Hospitality Division in its development strategies and product enhancement. Danny – a tech-savvy new generation business entrepreneur has already branched out to establish his own business ventures including a company that designs modern clinical equipment.

Mr. Donny Darwin is an industrious influencer of the organization’s success, primarily looking after the infrastructure development projects and the hospitality outlets operational in the middle east, in addition to providing strategic support in the product development and business growth of the operations in India.

Ms. Maria Darwin plays a strategic role of ensuring the brand remains a Great Place to Work for all its employees in particular and the women workforce in general. In addition, Ms. Maria also oversees the marketing engagements and strategies of the hospitality division across its operations in India and the Middle East.

Mr. Anoop is the custodian of the hospitality division in particular and the other business verticals, the key authority responsible for the execution of the organizational strategies on the ground. Brand Development, Operational Profitability, Government Liason, New Projects are primarily driven by Mr Anoop, with key focus on successfully driving the business of All Season Hotels Group.
